Mutiah Fauzan of One HR Hub and Islam “Semo” Elfar, Chief Executive Officer of SHADA FC, have announced the launch of the Cambodia Football Festival, a new initiative designed to bring together Cambodia’s football community through a professionally organised platform that promotes sporting collaboration and the continued development of football activities in the country.

Mutiah Fauzan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of One HR Hub, is recognised in Cambodia for her leadership in building professional networks and cross sector partnerships that connect local and international communities.

Through One HR Hub she has established a platform that provides recruitment services, professional development programs, and international business networking initiatives that support collaboration between organisations and professionals operating in Cambodia’s growing economic landscape.

Over the years Mutiah Fauzan has become known for developing initiatives that combine professional engagement with community building.

She has organised networking platforms, business collaborations, and community events that bring together entrepreneurs, professionals, and organisations from multiple countries and industries.

Her ability to develop partnerships and mobilise communities has positioned her as a recognised figure within Cambodia’s international professional environment.

Alongside her business initiatives, Mutiah Fauzan has supported football related activities as part of her broader vision of creating meaningful platforms that connect people beyond traditional professional environments.

Joining her in this initiative is Islam “Semo” Elfar, an Egyptian entrepreneur originally from Alexandria who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of SHADA FC in Phnom Penh.

Under his leadership SHADA FC has developed a diverse football community composed of Cambodian players and international residents who share a strong passion for the game.

SHADA FC is currently preparing to enter Cambodian League 2 with the long term objective of competing in the Cambodian Premier League.

Through the development of its organisational structure, football programs, and operational standards the club aims to contribute to the continued growth of football in Cambodia.

Through the Cambodia Football Festival, Mutiah Fauzan of One HR Hub and Semo Elfar of SHADA FC aim to create a credible platform that brings together teams, supporters, sponsors, and community partners while strengthening cooperation within Cambodia’s growing football community.
